Principal Engineer
Minimum/General Experience
12 years in the information systems field with proficiency in
implementation using Java, C#, C/C++ on Windows, LINUX and embedded
systems. Implementation of software applications, systems, device
drivers and utility software for networking, databases and factory
automation.
Functional Responsibility
Lead team of engineers and tackle complex design and implementation
issues. Applies an organization wide set of disciplines for the
planning, analysis, design, and implementation of software systems
on an enterprise wide basis. Performs process and data modeling
by using both manual and automated tools. Develops and applies
organization wide information models for use in designing and
building integrated, shared software and database management systems.
Assists in establishing standards for information systems procedures.
Applies reverse engineering and re-engineering disciplines to
develop migration strategies and planning documents. Experienced
in information systems development, functional and data requirements
analysis, systems analysis and design, programming, program design,
and documentation preparation.
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology
or Information Technology related field, Mathematics, Engineering
or Applied Science. 5 Years of experience can be substituted for
a Bachelor’s Degree.
