Partner Programs | Reseller Partners | Value Added Distributors

Requirements:

VAD agrees to establish and manage a market presence for the Software for the term of the agreement. VAD is expected to do the activities outlined below.

Marketing

The VAD is expected to do the following marketing activities:

  • Generate sales leads using telemarketing, direct/email marketing actions
  • Develop and host solution seminars and events on a regular basis
  • Perform solution road shows on a regular basis
  • Localize from English to local language
    • Marketing collateral such as data sheets, product overviews, presentation, white papers and selling tools
  • Establish a Netaphor web site that is localized into local language and provides information such as:
    • Product information
    • Support information
    • Contact information
    • Flash product demonstration
    • Establish customer reference site(s)
    • Provide customer testimonial
  • Engage in public relations activities such as media contact and story development

Support

The VAD is expected to do the following support activities:

  • Respond to all reseller and end user product questions within one week
  • Respond via email or phone to all reseller and user technical questions regarding problems and installation within 1 business day
  • VAD will establish a technical support page at its web site complete is contact information
  • VAD will provide reseller sales and product training prior to authorizing the reseller to sell the Software
  • Training must be comprehensive and meet the curriculum goals that Netaphor provided to VAD

Reseller Agreement

VAD will require every Reseller of Software Licenses to execute a Reseller Agreement with Netaphor.
