Customers who wish to upgrade can do so by purchasing the unlimited annual support plan.

If you need to purchase five or more copies together, and need support and upgrades on an annual basis, you are classified as a corporate customer and are eligible for special pricing. Please call us at 1-877-NETA4SW and ask for corporate sales.

We accept major credit cards, and purchase orders from US organizations (see below). We also accept checks but wait for checks to clear before shipping the product. We do not accept CODs.

Yes, we do. However, please note the following conditions that you must adhere to prior to using a PO:

• Please include a list of credit references.
• Specifically state on the PO that "ONLY Netaphor's Terms and Conditions apply to this purchase". Netaphor's Terms and Conditions are available at our web site - http://www.netaphor.com by clicking on "Legal Notice" at the bottom of any page. We do not accept POs that do not state this explicitly on them.
• The payment terms must be "NET 30", or better. For POs originating outside the USA, the terms are "Due on receipt", and orders against such POs will not be processed until complete payment has been received by Netaphor.

You pay for the development license, and you can sell (or give away) the application or solution you develop without paying us anything additional. Please refer to the license agreement for details.

As an example, if you develop a monitoring application using the SNMP Manager Toolkit, or a web application using the HTTP Server Toolkit, you may distribute the manager.jar or httpserver.jar without any additional costs. You may not, however, distribute the documentation (javadoc or programmer's guide), help files, or supplied example source. In other words, Cyberons for Java is licensed to you (and you only) for development purposes, and you may not resell the product.

In non-legalese, a per-seat development license refers to a copy of the product licensed and installed for a single development usage. If a single developer is working on your project and has installed the software on one machine, you need to purchase a single license. For additional developers, and additional installations of the product on multiple machines, you need to purchase additional licenses.

Netaphor brings a low-cost solution in this arena to the Java development community. We believe that our license agreement is a no-nonsense, hassle-free one. Remember, it requires no royalties on the runtime distributables. Our support is reasonably priced as well. So please help us keep costs down by purchasing the correct number of licenses.

Netaphor ships via Federal Express or an equivalent delivery mechanism. You are free to request an alternative shipping method, but you will be responsible for any extra charges. For international customers, additional shipping and customs charges will be your responsibility.
